18th August, 2014 MCHN/CMAM Monthly Project review meeting for district Dera Ismail Khan and district Tank was held at conference room PIPH, Peshawar Medical College. The Project Coordinators and Team Leader form both districts were invited to present their project activities progress update and their issues were discussed. Prime Foundation has started weekly and monthly review of the MCHN/CMAM projects in order evaluate the project activities using measurable indicators stated in the project proposal and the targets as benchmarks. The review provides good opportunity for the field staff to represent their team performance and directly discuss their burning issues with the head office and is able to clear it and get good guidance.
