It is operational for the past one year and is awarding courses in tailoring, embroidery and beauty care to the female youth. The courses have an accredited status with the Trade Testing Board of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These skill based courses have significantly contributed towards economic rehab of the flood affected families and empowerment of the afflicted women folk through their capacity building in marketable skills.

Currently, the 4th batch of 20 students is being trained in the art of beauty care, embroidery and tailoring. With a view to promote individual businesses as well as marketing skills of the passed out and incumbent trainees, an exhibition of the crafts made by the flood affected females was showcased at the Community Hall, Cant Board, Nowshera on January 31, 2012.
