Prof. Mohammad Aman inaugurated the training, followed by the first session focusing on the orientation of the staff about the general hospital management, and job descriptions (by Dr. Sharif), and an understanding of the patient workflow (by Dr. Usman).

In the second session, Drs. Saeed, Zeeshan, Asif, and Sabiha outlined all the hospital services especially those related to mother and child health, expanded program of immunization, nutrition, and health education and outreach. The relevant reporting tools were also discussed. Meanwhile, Dr. Zahoor facilitated an orientation of safe laboratory practices in the PMC biochemistry laboratory to the laboratory technician.

In the final session, Drs. Usman, Saeed and Sharif discussed gaps in the monthly programmatic and financial reporting and stressed on complete documentation and reporting.

The training concluded with prayers and lunch.
