Abdul Manan, PIPH Intern (Jul-Aug 2015)
Prime Institute of Public Health in collaboration with U.S. Consulate General Peshawar's Mentorship program for Pak-US Alumni Network, inducted Mr. Abdul Manan as an intern for two months. Abdul Manan who is finishing his medical school from Saidu Medical College, Swat, also an alumnus of SUSI 2013 Program, used this opportunity to gain exposure to a large variety of public health activities at PIPH. During his time at PIPH, Abdul Manan worked on a number of active projects including nutrition, maternal child health, training of school teachers on adolescent mental health and others. He attended meetings with senior professionals, prepared project planning documents, conducted field monitoring visits and developed training material.

Abdul Manan mentions about his experience in his report "I feel very fortunate that I am part of Prime Institute of Public Health (PIPH) at this stage of my professional career. The encouraging environment of PIPH, the authentic and professional staff, the dedication here and the quality of projects executed are all very rewarding and helps me a lot to learn new things."

Javid Khan, PIPH Intern (Jul-Aug 2015)
In July 2015, Mr. Javid Khan joined PIPH as an enthusiastic young professional who had just completed his Masters in HRM from Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar. During his time at PIPH, Javid got involved in a variety of management activities ranging from HR policy development to developing training plans, and also assisting in project recruitment at field offices of Prime Foundation. This exposure provided Javid with a valuable experience of HR related management issues in NGO sector. His major contribution at PIPH was the review and updation of our HR Manual.
