20th Dec 2019 The KP Chapter of Pakistan Alliance for Early Childhood (PAFEC) held a general body meeting at Peshawar Medical College. Prof. Najibul Haq, Advisor Health & Education, Prime Foundation welcomed the participants. Ms. Khadija Izhar Ali CEO PAFEC presented an overview of PAFEC and its activities for early childhood development.

The meeting started with introduction by all the participants, followed by brief welcoming remarks by Dean PMC Prof. Najibul Haq, who also highlighted the importance of early childhood development and assured PF's full support for the cause. The participants discussed PAFEC's potential services and projects; roles and responsibilities of the general body; communication mechanism and knowledge management as well as the ways to improve the existing child development practices. At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Saeed Anwar of Peshawar Medical College was assigned the task of acting as Coordination Lead for KP Chapter of PAFEC.

At the end of the meeting, the guest were taken on short orientation visit of Peshawar Medical College and Prime Institute of Public Health.
